Administrative Assistant

JOB SUMMARY

The Administrative Assistant for Value-Based RCM, Inc. (VBRCM) is responsible for providing administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the Executive team. This role requires attention to detail, understanding priorities, meeting deadlines and the ability to juggle multiple competing tasks.

  • Travel arrangements

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Exhibit professional behavior and communication skills representative of VBRCM's commitment to superior customer service

  • Organize and schedule appointments and meetings

  • Produce and distribute correspondence, memos, and forms

  • Organize and book travel arrangements

  • Maintain electronic filing systems

  • Order supplies

  • Prepare, reconcile, and submit expense reports

  • Other duties as assigned

KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

  • Demonstrated experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel)

  • Excellent communication skills

  • Strong organizational skills

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize work

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Ability and desire to work in a remote environment

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor’s degree or

  • Equivalent experience

Remote

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer

  • Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
